RAI Motorsport is proud to release the K0R-GT. After an intense amount of research and development, we believe we created a great medium for the street/track enthusiast. The K0R-GT design principles are based on quality, performance, and value. We believe this turbo will be the final piece needed to reach bolt on perfection. The power delivery of the K0R-GT is designed to compliment the existing architecture of the 2.0T FSI engine, meaning it compliments the “instant torque” design philosophy Audi used when designing the 2.0T FSI, and goes further by enhancing the power band attributes

The K0R-GT has proven that it is capable of 280+ WHP and 300+ WTQ averages with all supporting bolt on upgrades, making the A4 a real contender in the premium sedan segment. The K0R-GT has a stealthy appearance with only minimal aesthetic differences, you would be hard pressed to tell this was not the original turbo. During normal cruising the turbo is very quiet, however under heavy engine loads the turbo sounds much like a rival GT series turbo, and has the air flow to match. We are so confident in the engineering and quality of the K0R-GT, that we are backing it with a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty*, against defects or premature component failure, and for those that ever do surpass there warranty, a low cost rebuild solution is available**. Basic Mechanical Requirements

RAI K0R-GT Turbo

The K0R-GT works on a core exchange program as a few components from the OEM Borg Warner turbo is needed and used in the production of the unit. RAI Motorsport will have a limited number of cores available in house to ship immediately with an additional core charge, that is refundable after your turbo is received and inspected for damage. Partial core refunds will be available for cores with some damage or excessive wear*. Cores are to be shipped to RAI Motorsport with no accessories, lines, excessive fluids, or any other part other than just the turbo assembly, and wastegate actuator. (Failure to use a upgraded test pipe, high flow cat, or downpipe will void the warranty, the OEM catalyst will not flow the air volume produced)

The K0R-GT works on a core exchange program. While the core exchange is a inconvenience, this is required to keep the customers cost to a minimum. RAI Motorsport will try it best to retain cores so the process can be as streamlined as possible, resulting in a minimal lead time. However lead times will be dictated by supply and demand.

The core exchange program is designed to work in a very simple manner. The procedure is as follows:

1. You, the customer place your order and make your payment on our web site or call the shop.

2. You ship your stripped K03 turbo to us here at the shop, minus all bolted on components (refer to pictures) ECU and Turbo can be shipped together if you'd like RAI to flash your ECU. Please insure they are packed in such a manner so as one will not come in contact with the other. Note* All turbo fluids must be drained. Any lines, diverter valves, non housing related bolts or accessories will be discarded at our discretion.

3. RAI Motorsport receives and inspects your core and makes an assessment based on condition. In the event the core's condition is deemed too poor for use, we will contact you directly via phone or email. If the core is deemed good, further dismantling will begin. Do not attempt to dismantle turbo housings yourself. This will result in a higher chance of component failure or increased lead time. Cores will be deemed good condition so long as there is no physical damage, SHAFT PLAY IS ACCEPTABLE. (the CHRA is replaced with a brand new unit. If you find an acceptable core in a junk yard or similar, this will be sufficient)

4. Production typically takes 5-10 business days from receiving core. Once production is complete the entire unit will be checked to insure quality and then shipped to you, the customer. Once shipped, notification with tracking will be sent to you via email.

RAI Motorsport will attempt to keep core units in stock ready to ship. However, there will be no guarantee made regarding core availability. In the event you must purchase the turbo first without a core, a $700 deposit is required and not refunded until after your core is received and inspected. This purchase option may be subject to additional lead times beyond the 5-10 business day scope. The amount of extra cores are limited and sold on a first come first serve basis. A list will be created and maintained for allocation of units based on purchase date. RAI Motorsport is constantly reinvesting into our core stock as we sell more K0R-GT's.
