R.A.I. is pleased to have our first Longitudinal 1.8T Turbo Kit! This kit was developed in-house both on customer cars as well as on our engine jig. Everything is handmade for a perfect fit and the best quality possible. Our kit includes everything to go from stock to 500hp and more!

The first piece of the kit is the PSI Concepts cast manifold. This manifold is competitively priced, but was designed a step ahead of the rest. It offers even flow through the machined merge collector to extract the most power from your 1.8T

The R.A.I. Motorsport downpipe is the next piece in the kit. It's made from T304 stainless steel, and is TIG welded for strength and precision. It ties together a variety of features to make even the biggest turbos a simple bolt on solution. The downpipe connects to the factory exhaust system, as well as the turbo and wastegate flange. We also include our signature J-pipe for CEL prevention, and the customer can choose the number of 02 bungs for wideband oxygen sensors. V-band exhaust flanges are the standard, because they offer easy installation and removal with minimal hardware.

In the full kit, we offer an intercooler solution, connecting the turbo outlet to the popular ER Competition intercooler. Only the most quality T-bolt clamps are used, and silicone hoses allow for flex and adaption to a variety of intercoolers and turbos.

Customers have the choice of turbos, and we have solutions for every turbo system. We just finished our engine jig, so we can make downpipe solutions for any turbo.
